With a mixture of bootcamp style circuits and long duration running this class is designed to help anyone achieve their goals, whether it be for weight loss, increasing overall fitness levels, or training for obstacle races. If you like group training and are up for a laugh as well as some good views these classes are for you!

Weight Loss Bootcamp

A four week block programme designed to help you

The weightloss bootcamp is a 4 weeks programme created to help shed those extra pounds you've been trying to lose and tone up your muscles at the same time.

​

you'll receive;

- multiple 45 - 60 minutes sessions each week of the programme

- Dietary advice and beginner food plan to increase speed of fatloss 

- Bi-weekly weigh ins and body measurements taken to track progress.

- Access to private Facebook group as well as access to your trainer via Mypthub app for any help and advice that you need.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Get a programme designed personally to fit your needs and goals that we will go through in one to one sessions. Each individual workout of the programme created so as to accelerate your results under the safety of my professional supervision and guidance.

Single Sessions

£35.00 p/m

  • A single session will last 45 mins to 1 hour long and is designed to focus in on the clients needs. From improvement of flexibility to focusing on form and stabilisation of the core.

  • Each session will be personally designed for the client and begin with an appropriate warm up for the session ahead.

  • The workout will be designed to the clients needs and goals and a cool down at the end of the session with appropriate stretching will be applied.

4 to 6 week Block Booking

£360.00 p/m

  • Personal training package that includes 4 to 6 weeks of 1 - 2 - 1 sessions (can be extended for special circumstances. Discuss with trainer)

  • 2/3 sessions per week

  • Sessions last 45mins to 1 hour long and are all designed to focus in on the clients needs. From improvement of flexibility to focusing on form and stabilisation of the core.

  • A personalised programme designed to your goals & needs

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Access to K.G.F App

20 Session Block

£550.00

  • Personal training package that includes 20 1 - 2 - 1 sessions

  • 2/3 sessions per week (other arrangements can be discussed)

  • Sessions last 45 minutes to 1 hour long and are all designed to focus in on the clients needs. From improvement of flexibility to focusing on form and stabilization of the core.
